Â? Portraits of Life? stories of loss, hope, courage, healing and transformation present. New York Writers Coalition and the World Trade Center Survivors? Network project of writing seek essays, novels, poems and other genres of writing of the survivors of the attacks of 11 September at the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. Presentations are portraits of life, an anthology of the diverse experiences of the survivors before the scheduled before, during and after the events of that fateful day, and an idea of how their lives rebuilt and have learned, with much of their physical and mental wounds. (NYWC) offers free creative writing workshops and cost about the City of New York for those groups that have historically voiceless in our society. We also publish our writing workshop participants and organize public readings of his works. Writing with others in an environment of respect and acceptance, participants discover the value of their own stories, gain confidence and a greater sense of self and less isolated from themselves and society. By creating a community of writers and executives from diverse backgrounds, to promote the voices of the marginalized and creating opportunities for all writers to connect with the community. World Trade Center Survivors? The network is a community of interest, the 11th September 2001 at the World Trade Center gathered.
