About the Author
Bill Ison was in the land of green forests in northern Wisconsin before triggered the Great Depression. He had his knife for the first time in seven years and his first single shot .22 rifle when he was eight years old. His solitary life led him to learn wood carving and reading. After years in the industry, including a period of ten years as part of Mattel’s marketing team, back in the studios of Hollywood, where he was a sculptor to create many of the dead ball was delay seen by millions of viewers.
